Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over. This promotion is open to residents of the UK except for employees of Tangerine Confectionery, their immediate families or agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
2. To enter, complete this form filling in your Name, Email address and what makes someone irresistible. You must also agree to these terms and conditions by ticking the box below.
3. The promotion will run from 1st February 2010 through to 30th January 2011. The closing date of receipt of entries will be the last day of each month.
4. We will select one winner each month for 12 months. The prize will be in Butterkist Toffee Popcorn no variants approximately 240 bags of 100g popcorn. There is no alternative to the prize offered and the prizes are non–transferable.
5. The winning 12 finalists’ stories will be created into PDF downloadable story-sheets and uploaded to www.butterkist.co.uk at the end of the competition. Tangerine Confectionery will own the publishing rights to all competition entries/creative stories and will have the right to publish the winning stories on the Butterkist website.
6. Winners must agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
7. Winners will be selected on merit by a panel of judges appointed by Tangerine Confectionery. Winning criteria will be based on imaginative and unusual suggestions. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winners will be informed within 28 days of selection at the end of each month. If for any reason a winner is unable to take the prize as offered, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next best entry.
