Salted Caramel PizzaThis fun & tasty treat is perfect to get the kids involved!
- 50g Butterkist Salted Caramel Popcorn
- 200g milk chocolate, melted
- 75g white chocolate, melted
- 4 strawberries
- White chocolate curls and Maltesers to decorate
- Line the base of an 20cm cake tin with a baking paper disk.
- Pour the melted milk chocolate into the lined cake tin and spread to cover the base of the tin.
- Scatter over the Butterkist Salted Caramel popcorn to cover the chocolate base. Place the tin in a cool dry place to set.
- Once the milk chocolate has set, hull and slice the strawberries into rounds. Decorate your Butterkist pizza with sliced strawberries.
- Drizzle over the white chocolate and allow to set in a cool dry place.
- Scatter the pizza with white chocolate curls and Maltesers then cut your Butterkist pizza into wedge shaped slices to enjoy!
