Sweet and Salted Trail MixTry this moreish, healthy recipe! It will go down a treat!
- 100g Butterkist Sweet and Salted Popcorn
- 100g Brazil nuts
- 100g almonds
- 100g pumpkin seeds
- 100g linseeds
- 100g cranberries
- 4 tbsp honey
- Pre-heat the oven to 160°C fan/180°C/Gas Mark 4.
- Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
- Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix well to ensure all of the ingredients are coated in the honey.
- Divide the mix between the two baking trays and level to create one single layer.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Once cooled store in an airtight container, great for taking on walks, hikes and bike rides!
