Paramount+ promotion terms and conditions

This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding the Republic of Ireland, Channel Isles and the Isle of Man) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the participant to receive their Gift. Internet access, valid email address and a contact phone number are required. A valid debit/credit card will be required to redeem a Gift.
Promotion Period: Participate and claim between 00:01 GMT on the 2 February 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 25 May 2026 inclusive.
To Claim: Purchase a Promotional Pack of Butterkist Popcorn, see Clause 5 for details, scan the QR Code or visit butterkist.co.uk/promotion and complete the online form to provide your details (full name, address, email address and contact telephone number), and upload your receipt to claim your Gift.

Maximum of 1 claim is permitted per household (defined as persons living at the same address). One itemised receipt per entry receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No household may claim more than 1 Gift.
The Gift: Each valid claimant will receive 1 x Paramount+ Standard Monthly Plan one month subscription.
Further Gift Details and Conditions:
1. The Gift is not available to customers who have a pre-existing Paramount+ subscription or have been a former Paramount+ subscriber.
2. Subject to clause 8(i) each claimant will receive 30 days of Paramount+ at no extra cost when subscribing to a Standard Monthly Plan. The 30 days of Paramount+ will take effect after a free trial which is currently 7 days.
3. After the first 30 days, the plan will automatically renew at the then regular price of a Standard Monthly Plan (currently, £7.99 in the United Kingdom), unless cancelled. The code cannot be applied against the cost of any annual subscription for the Service, nor can it be applied against the cost of the subscription package known as Basic with ads, or Premium.
4. Regular pricing may be varied from time to time in accordance with the Paramount+ Subscription Terms (https://pplus.legal/subscription).
5. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period.
6. To redeem your Paramount+ code, go to paramountplus.com, create an account (or sign in), select a “Standard” then “Monthly” plan, enter a valid payment method and add your code in the promotional code box on the payment page before subscribing.

8. Paramount+ code cannot be resold, transferred, returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash nor can it be combined with any other offer, free trial, or promotion.

10. Subscription to Paramount+ will be subject to the Paramount+ Subscription Terms (https://pplus.legal/subscription) and the Paramount Global Privacy Policy (https://pplus.legal/privacy) which must be accepted to redeem the Gift.
Gift Claiming: You can only claim your free Gift during the Promotion Period. Code must be claimed by 25/05/26. Code must be redeemed by 25/06/26.
Any claims received that do not meet the requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions or are received after the Promotion Period will be void and invalid. To sign up for Paramount+, a compatible device, internet access, valid e-mail address & payment method is required.
Gift Acceptance: Fulfilment of a Gift will take place within 5 working days of claiming of the Gift and providing details on the claim page. In the unlikely event that a Gift does not arrive within 5 working days, the claimant must inform the Promoter by emailing help-butterkistpromotion2026@promowinners.com. If a claimant does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Gift at its sole discretion.

The Promoter may request that the claimants participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the claimant’s discretion and is not a condition of Gift Claiming.
The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claim (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Gift awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
1. Verify the eligibility of claimants through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Claim or a Gift may be withheld until verification is completed.
2. Disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
3. Disqualify claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
4. Disqualify bulk claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete claims and claims submitted by macros or other automated means.
5. Disqualify claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
6. Disqualify claimants who tamper with the entry process.
7. Disqualify claimants which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
The Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Gift and/or any element of the Gift is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Gift or element of the Gift for another of equal or greater value.
No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15891) or accepting or using the/a Gift(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
By claiming, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
